By supporting Special Projects you can help ensure that we are equipped and prepared for whatever the future brings us. All donations are used wherever the schools need is greatest. It is imperative that we have the resources we need to overcome any challenges we might face so that we can continue to provide an outstanding education for our current and future students.
The Leaver’s Gift is an opportunity for parents of our Sixth Form leavers to waive the return of their deposit, allowing it to be donated towards the St George’s Weybridge Bursary Fund. This ambition is greatly appreciated by all those involved, it secures the future for generations to come, as well as support the enduring Josephite ethos of our School.
The Pilgrimage takes place in Easter week and every year the OG volunteers raise money themselves to fund their trip which costs around £900. We know that many struggle to raise the funds needed, particularly if they have other commitments, are still in education or just starting their careers.
We hope to build a fund which can help subsidise the cost of the trip for young volunteers. The Pilgrimage is a life changing experience not only for the volunteers but most importantly for the Pilgrimage guests.
With your support we can offer financial assistance to families through a St George’s Bursary.
Your donation will help fund the educational environment at St George’s; providing new buildings for learning or the modernisation of existing facilities and the grounds we all enjoy.
By supporting our Special Projects you are helping to broaden horizons and helping to enrich our curriculum through spiritual and educational projects.
